Accommodation at the Selling Yarns conference 2006

The conference organisers have made a block booking for accommodation at the hotels listed below. Rooms are available from Arrival: 11 August 2006 to Departure: 15 August 2006.

To reserve your accommodation complete and return the Accommodation reservation form. Credit card details are required to secure bookings and will be charged by the hotel when you check-out. Charges may apply if, in the event of your cancellation, you fail to give 7 days notice in writing to the conference organisers.

Accommodation reservation forms must be received by the conference organisers by COB Monday 10 July 2006. A confirmation of your booking will be posted to you within 14 days of receiving your Accommodation reservation form. (See details on the Accommodation reservation form)

Reservations are subject to availability, and if your choice is not available the conference organisers will contact you by telephone or email.
Your Accommodation reservation form must be signed by the card holder for it to be processed.
Do not email the Accommodation reservation form containing your credit card details as email is not secure. Return by fax or post only.
